After successful participations in Friedrichshafen, Heilbronn and Chemnitz, we expanded our trade fair presence in 2023 and exhibited for the first time in Hamburg on 25 and 26 January. The trade fair in the Hanseatic city offered an excellent platform for making new contacts and engaging in in-depth expert discussions about current developments in the automation industry.

Focus on our IIoT platform weMonitor
Our main focus was on our innovative IIoT platform weMonitor. At our booth, visitors had the opportunity to learn in detail about the platform’s functionality and benefits. By using state-of-the-art technologies, weMonitor provides comprehensive solutions in the areas of predictive maintenance and effective production monitoring, giving users significant competitive advantages in maintenance and production.

Presentation in the Talk Lounge
A particular highlight of our trade fair appearance was our presentation in the Talk Lounge. Under the title “weMonitor – a platform for predictive maintenance, quality assurance and manufacturing process optimization”, we showcased the capabilities of our platform. We demonstrated how forward-looking AI and machine learning methods can not only improve preventive maintenance, but also be effectively combined with production monitoring measures to achieve optimal results.

In 2022 we again exhibited at all about automation in Chemnitz, which took place on 28 and 29 September 2022. The trade fair once more provided a platform for in-depth discussions on current and emerging topics in automation and modern technologies.

Focus on modular product line for production and maintenance
Our thematic focus in 2022 was again on our modular product line, developed specifically for the requirements of production and maintenance. At our booth, interested visitors could engage with us directly and learn about the benefits of our advanced solutions. In the context of Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things, these products offer significant economic, technical and organizational advantages.

Presentation in the Talk Lounge and media highlights
As in previous years, we also took part in the fair’s Talk Lounge. Our trade fair highlight, the weMonitor module, was presented in a 20-minute talk entitled “weMonitor – new optimization potential through the combination of production monitoring and predictive maintenance”. The presentation illustrated how forward-looking AI and machine learning methods can be used effectively for predictive maintenance – in combination with efficient production monitoring.

Another highlight of our appearance was the visit of Wolfgang Kräußlich, editor-in-chief of SPS-MAGAZIN, at our booth. In his video report, he provides a quick overview of our trade fair highlight weMonitor and its many advantages. The report can be found on YouTube and on social media.

Following our successful appearance in Friedrichshafen in April, we exhibited for the first time at all about automation in the Heilbronn-Franconia region on 18 and 19 May 2022. For both the organizers and for us, this trade fair marked a premiere in this region.

Continuous focus on modular product lines
In Heilbronn we once again presented our modular product line, developed specifically for the requirements of production and maintenance. At booth B-324 we held in-depth discussions with visitors and demonstrated the benefits of our advanced solutions. Our innovative products and services offer considerable economic, technical and organizational advantages within the framework of Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things.

Our presence was complemented by a talk in the Talk Lounge, where we again presented our trade fair highlight, the weMonitor module. The 20-minute presentation entitled “weMonitor – optimization potential through the combination of production monitoring and predictive maintenance” attracted many interested listeners. As in Friedrichshafen, we demonstrated how forward-looking AI and machine learning methods enable predictive maintenance and can be effectively combined with efficient production monitoring.

After a three-year break, all about automation finally took place again in Friedrichshafen for us, and we were once more exhibitors in the Lake Constance region on 5 and 6 April 2022. This marked our first in-person trade fair engagement in the region since 2019.

The presentation showed how forward-looking AI and machine learning methods can be seamlessly integrated into predictive maintenance processes to ensure effective and efficient production monitoring.

Shortly after our successful appearance at all about automation in Essen in September 2020, we continued our trade fair series by participating in all about automation in Chemnitz. The fair took place on 23 and 24 September 2020 and replaced the previous Leipzig event as the new Saxon location of the series.

After successful participations in Friedrichshafen and Leipzig in 2019, we continued our trade fair presence with a first appearance at all about automation in Essen on 9 and 10 September 2020. As the first in-person trade fair of the automation industry after a six-month break, it offered an excellent platform for making valuable new contacts and holding in-depth technical discussions.

Focus on modular product line for the after-sales process
Our booth attracted numerous visitors who wanted to learn more about our modular product line for mechanical and plant engineering. Supported by modern internet technologies, our software covers all aspects of advanced maintenance, including service management, monitoring, cooperation, fault analysis and documentation. Following our successful debut in Friedrichshafen, we also took part in the sister trade fair, all about automation in Leipzig, on 11 and 12 September 2019. Once again, the fair provided an excellent opportunity to expand our network and to discuss the latest developments in Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things.

Interactive presentations and product demos
At our booth we welcomed many visitors who wanted to learn more about our innovative solutions for the after-sales process in mechanical and plant engineering. Particular interest was shown in our module weInspect AR, which revolutionizes the work of service technicians by enabling support from remote experts and real-time communication via smart glasses – without interrupting work for communication.

Talk on weMonitor and the use of machine learning
Another highlight was our presentation in the Talk Lounge entitled “weMonitor – machine learning methods as the basis of our predictive maintenance solution for the process and manufacturing industry”. We demonstrated how our software uses advanced AI and machine learning methods to enable predictive maintenance and thereby increase efficiency and productivity in manufacturing.

On 12 and 13 March 2019 we exhibited for the first time at all about automation in Friedrichshafen. This trade fair is a central meeting point for industrial automation in the Lake Constance region and provided us with the perfect platform to delve deeply into Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things.

Interaction and networking
The fair enabled us to strengthen existing business relationships and to establish many new contacts. Our booth became a dynamic forum for exchange and discussion, where we engaged intensively with visitors about advanced automation solutions.

Focus on weMonitor – our trade fair highlight
Our main focus was the presentation of our weMonitor module, a key component of our product line for the after-sales process in mechanical and plant engineering. weMonitor supports effective and real-time-based maintenance through extensive functions for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. The module uses machine learning not only to collect and visualize data, but also to analyze it intelligently and make predictions, significantly increasing maintenance efficiency.

Technical talk on predictive maintenance
A highlight was our 20-minute talk “weMonitor – an innovative IIoT and predictive maintenance solution for the process and manufacturing industry”, which attracted great interest among visitors. We explained the technical foundations of our system and demonstrated how predictive maintenance using machine learning is not only theoretically valuable but also practically feasible.

For the second time in a row, we took part in the Smart Remote Service conference, the key industry gathering for remote maintenance and smart services. Over two days, there was a lively exchange and intensive discussion on the current challenges and opportunities of the Industrial Internet of Things and Industry 4.0. Around 200 experts from various sectors contributed their knowledge and experience, examining the impact of digitalization on service in plant and mechanical engineering.

Focus on best practices and innovative solutions
The conference provided a platform for presentations showcasing best-practice examples and discussing typical obstacles in the field of smart remote service. Particularly noteworthy was the “Tech Take”, a series of short presentations directly at the booth. There, we had the opportunity to present our company and our innovative product lines. Using a demonstration machine, we showcased two of our five main modules live and demonstrated the benefits of collaboration between geographically distributed experts and remote analysis in action.

Successful presentation and networking
The exchange with the expert audience was particularly intensive after the presentations, when we answered many detailed questions and held in-depth discussions. Smart Remote Service 2018 once again proved to be an excellent opportunity to expand our network and present our solutions for the after-sales process in mechanical and plant engineering. These solutions impressed with their user-friendliness and ease of adaptation to individual company requirements.

In September 2017 we celebrated our premiere as an exhibitor at the Smart Remote Service conference in Berlin. Over two days we exchanged ideas with 200 trade visitors about the latest developments and challenges in the fields of the Industrial Internet of Things and Industry 4.0, particularly with regard to remote maintenance and the digitalization of service processes.

Insight into our software
Our presentations focused on showcasing our modular smart remote software. We highlighted in particular the benefits of our weInspect AR module, which enables service technicians to resolve faults with the support of experts in real time – without having to interrupt their work for communication. The module uses advanced augmented reality technologies that allow interaction via audio and video chat as well as insight into machine sensor data.

Interactive demonstration and networking opportunities
Participants had the opportunity to experience the ease of use and benefits of weInspect AR for themselves by testing the module via smart glasses. The conference also provided an excellent platform for building valuable contacts and convincing the professional audience of our smart service solutions.
