At Webware-Experts OHG, work–life balance is more than just an even split between work and private life – it is a culture that enables our employees to thrive in both. Flexible working hours, extensive opportunities for personal development and regular reflection meetings are just some of the measures we use to ensure that our team members stay motivated, balanced and satisfied.

Health

The health of our employees is important to us. In addition to ergonomically designed workplaces, we also offer subsidies for gym memberships or health courses. Our goal is to raise awareness of preventive healthcare and actively contribute to both physical and mental well-being.

Home office

The option to work from home is a fixed part of our work culture. We rely on modern technologies and digital tools that make effective collaboration across distances possible. This allows our employees to organise their working environment flexibly and find the ideal rhythm to be productive while still having enough space for their private life.

Family friendliness

Family is the foundation on which our lives are built. That is why we create an environment at Webware-Experts OHG that not only enables the reconciliation of family and work, but actively supports it. With flexible working time models, support with childcare and an open ear for the individual needs of our employees, we ensure that work fits around family – not the other way around.

Team building

Twice a year, we organise team-building events that go beyond the ordinary. Whether sailing trips, golfing or visiting cultural events – these activities not only strengthen team spirit, but also encourage personal exchange and mutual understanding. It is these shared experiences that allow us to grow together – not only as a team, but as part of a company family.
