The all about automation chemnitz took place only two weeks later, close to the all about automation essen 2020. While last year's fair was still based in Leipzig, we were now also represented as exhibitors in Chemnitz on September 23 and 24. Here, too, the focus was on current topics of the automation industry and innovative technologies.
As at the sister fair in Essen, the focus of our presence in Saxony was our modular product line for the after-sales process in machinery and plant engineering. Interested visitors had the opportunity to inform about the advantages of our modular software solution directly at our booth. The extensive equipment of the modules and the technological background with regard to Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things provide users with economic, technical and organizational advantages.
We were also represented at the Talk Lounge of the exhibition. We held a 20-minute presentation on our highlight weMonitor with the title weMonitor – New optimization potentials by combining production monitoring and predictive maintenance. The presentation showed in short form how future-oriented AI and machine learning methods for predictive maintenance can be combined with effective and efficient production monitoring.
After our last year's participations at the all about automation friedrichshafen in March 2019 and the all about automation leipzig in September 2019, we were now also represented for the first time at the sister fair in Essen on September 9 and 10. This was the first exhibition for the automation industry after six months, where new contacts were made and technical discussions on current topics in the industry were held.
The focus of our presentation was our modular product line for the after-sales process in machinery and plant engineering. Interested visitors could inform directly at our booth about the possibilities of the respective modules. The software covers all areas of advanced machine and plant maintenance using modern Internet technologies: service management, monitoring, cooperation, fault analysis and troubleshooting as well as documentation offer users decisive competitive advantages both individually and as part of a service package.
Part of the product line is also our highlight of the exhibition weMonitor. The software module was therefore also a topic of discussion at the talk lounge of the exhibition in the form of our presentation entitled weMonitor – New optimization potentials by combining production monitoring and predictive maintenance. This way we were able to show in presentation form which advantages future-oriented AI and machine learning methods offer for predictive maintenance and how these can be coupled with effective and efficient production monitoring.
After our participation at the all about automation friedrichshafen in March 2019, we were also represented at the sister exhibition, the all about automation leipzig, on September 11 and 12, 2019. On both days we had the opportunity to make new contacts and hold interesting technical discussions on current topics of the Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things.
We were able to welcome many interested visitors directly at our booth. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about our product line for the after-sales process in machine and plant engineering as a powerful basis for predictive maintenance of all kinds. Especially the practical module weInspect AR could be convinced on site. The module focuses on uninterrupted work by service technicians. When a malfunction is rectified, remote experts and the system support and guide the work in real time, without having to interrupt the work for communication. It relies entirely on technical progress in the form of data goggles. In practice, these not only provide optimum support for service technicians, but also create economic benefits through efficiency and the resulting time savings.
Our exhibition highlight weMonitor was also an important topic. In combination with our 20-minute presentation at the Talk Lounge entitled weMonitor – Machine learning procedures as the basis of our predictive maintenance solution for the process and manufacturing industry we were able to present an innovative software solution that offers future-oriented AI and machine learning procedures for predictive maintenance.
The all about automation took place in Friedrichshafen on 12 and 13 March 2019. The established exhibition for industrial automation in the Lake Constance region offered the ideal conditions, so that we were represented as exhibitor at this event for the first time. The two days of the fair could be optimally used to have interesting conversations in the context of Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things, to intensify existing contacts and to establish new ones.
Interested visitors could inform about our exhibition highlight weMonitor directly at our booth. As one of the modules, weMonitor is the powerful basis for condition-based and preventive maintenance of all kinds. The module is therefore equipped with a large number of functions that make it possible to clearly visualize the generated data and support users in their interpretation. The main tasks of weMonitor are condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. Machine learning serves as the basis for predictive maintenance.
We were also able to welcome many interested parties to our presentation. In the 20-minute talk entitled weMonitor – An innovative IIoT & predictive maintenance solution for the process and manufacturing industry we had the opportunity to present our exhibition highlight in more detail. Functions were explained to the visitors, the technical basis was briefly presented and the value of predictive maintenance using machine learning was pointed out.
Already for the second time we participated at the Smart Remote Service in 2018. At the annual conference, experts from all areas of smart service exchanged ideas over two days in presentations and discussions. At the largest industry meeting for remote service, the focus was on the challenges of the Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and the effects of digitization on service in plant construction and mechanical engineering. Around 200 visitors from various fields exchanged their knowledge and experience.
Best practice examples were presented in the course of lectures, but also requirements and obstacles in the course of a smart remote service were pointed out.
We were able to welcome many interested parties to the Tech Take directly at our booth. In 15-minute presentations, we had the opportunity to introduce the company as such in more detail, but also to go into our modular in-house product in closer depth. In a short live presentation, two of the five modules were demonstrated on a sample machine. Both the cooperation between locally distant experts and the remote analysis of the sample machine could be brought closer to the interested specialist audience. After the presentation, the time was used for intensive discussions and detailed questions.
Also at the Smart Remote Service 2018 we were able to present ourselves successfully and establish numerous contacts. The innovative smart service convinced the visitors above all with its simple handling and the possibility of uncomplicated individual adaptation to company processes and requirements.
The fifth Smart Remote Service Conference was held in Berlin from the 25th to the 26th of September 2017. For the first time this year we were represented as exhibitor at this event. Together with 200 visitors, the participants were able to exchange information about innovations and challenges of the Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, remote maintenance in general and the digitalization of service processes in particular.
Within the scope of short presentations, we were able to introduce our modular smart remote software to the visitors and show the advantages in detail. Special attention was paid to the weInspect AR module.
The focus of weInspect AR is the uninterrupted work of the service technician. When a malfunction is rectified, the service technician is supported remotely by experts and the system in real time, without having to interrupt the work for communication. The focus is on technical progress in form of data goggles and augmented reality. In addition to the communication via audio and video chat, sensor data of the machine can be viewed or checklists for a step-by-step procedure can be created.
The visitors could try out the data goggle and convince themselves of the easy handling and the advantages of its use. During the conference, promising contacts were made and the expert audience was convinced by the smart service.
